Programme Business Analyst

Location: London,United Kingdom
Salary: £ 475 hourly
Date Posted: 20/03/2026

  • Senior Business Analyst – £450 per day

    London (Hybrid) | 6 months+ | ASAP Start

We are working with a major UK charity on a high-profile, multi-year business transformation programme. They are looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst to support one of their most critical initiatives focused on creating a unified, efficient, and scalable operating model across finance, digital, and fundraising teams.

    The Job

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will operate at a programme level rather than in a typical delivery role. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external consultancies (such as the Big 4) to bring structure and momentum to a complex transformation. Your day-to-day will involve:

    • Supporting the definition and shaping of high-level programme requirements.
    • Leading and contributing to RFI / RFP processes, including defining evaluation criteria and assessing vendor responses.
    • Facilitating cross-functional workshops to build a clear understanding of current-state processes.
    • Helping define future-state approaches for customer and income management.
    • Reviewing and reshaping platforms while consolidating or decommissioning legacy systems.

    About You

You are a senior, consulting-style Business Analyst who thrives in the early stages of a programme where you can help shape the direction. You should have extensive experience in large-scale transformations and the ability to bring order to ambiguity.

    Technical Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience with RFI / RFP processes and vendor selection.
    • Strong background in Data, CRM, or Revenue-related transformations.
    • Experience working alongside or within major consultancies (e.g., Big 4).
    • Expertise in Process Mapping and defining future-state operating models.
    • Proficiency in running complex workshops for senior stakeholders.
    • Background in system consolidation or platform selection programmes.

The Company

This is a leading, charity with a clear mission that values collaboration and a proactive approach. They are currently undergoing a significant digital evolution, supported by executive sponsorship and substantial investment. The environment is fast-paced and rewards those who take ownership of their work and can build strong relationships across diverse internal teams.

Why You Should Do This Job

This is an opportunity to work on a high-visibility project that will fundamentally change how a major organisation operates. Unlike "delivery-only" roles, this position allows you to influence the strategic direction of a three-year programme from its early stages. You will work in a supportive, mission-led environment where your expertise in navigating complex, multi-year transformations will be highly valued.
