Comprehensive Training

Our world class training is extensive and continuous, to ensure we deliver the very best to our clients and candidates.

Our Junior Consultants complete a 13 week induction & training course, which covers every element of the job. We also offer a course for our Senior and Principle Consultants, to ensure best practice.

All our team members, regardless of their role, complete an extensive diversity and inclusion training package on starting at Initi8.

We also engage regularly with an external trainer who we believe is one of the best IT recruitment trainers in the world!

Central London Location

Our office is based behind London’s iconic Southbank.

Our office is a short walk from Waterloo, London Bridge and Blackfriars tube stations. It is equipped with bike storage, an onsite barista and is also dog friendly!

Our central location means there is plenty to do. Lunch breaks can be spent at London Bridge Market, by the river or at the Pure Gym round the corner!
