This tool allows your jobs to be tested against IR35 regulations, and will give you clear guidance on whether a contractor is on or off payroll. If a contractor is outside of IR35 regulations, they will be fully insured for any risk, meaning you have a completely compliant, risk free route to off pay roller contractors. All our processes are fully GDPR compliant.
