The Job

We are looking for a strategic Product Owner to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of products for a regulated gaming operator, translating high-level vision into actionable user stories. You won’t just manage a backlog; you will collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure we deliver genuine value to users, balancing innovation with technical feasibility.

My client provides comprehensive IT and management services to the betting and gaming industry. They are a product-focused organization that values clear communication and data-driven decision-making. As they expand their services, they need a strong product voice to ensure their development teams are building the right things effectively.

About You

You are an organized communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams. You understand the "why" behind every feature and can explain it clearly to both developers and stakeholders. You are data-driven, user-focused, and comfortable working in an Agile environment.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into detailed technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset—you use data to make decisions.
• Bonus: Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.

• Salary: €1,700 – €2,600 per Month (Dependent on Seniority)
• Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
