Information Security Manager

About the Job

An Information Security Manager with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of security architecture is required to join a growing technology organisation.

In this role, you’ll help shape their long-term security strategy while staying close to the technology. You’ll design, build, and run scalable security frameworks that protect their data platforms, applications, and infrastructure—while still enabling advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven products.

You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to embed secure-by-design and zero-trust principles into everything they build. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence architectural decisions, set security standards, and help them scale securely as the business grows.

About You

You’re an experienced security professional who enjoys both thinking strategically and getting hands-on. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve and ownership matters.

You bring:

• Proven experience in senior security or security management roles
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud security architectures and modern security tooling
• Hands-on experience with IAM, encryption, network and endpoint security, and security monitoring
• Experience embedding security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps)
• A strong understanding of threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response
• Knowledge of zero-trust security models and data protection best practices
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in security (a plus, not a requirement)
• You’re a clear communicator, able to work effectively with engineers, data teams, vendors, and leadership.
• You’re comfortable making decisions, managing risk, and delivering under pressure.
