The Job

As our Employee Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for all employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing Employee Journey & Wellbeing: Continuously improving the end-to-end employee experience, coordinating wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and internal events. You'll be a key point of contact for employee queries, always adopting a supportive and human approach, and proactively sensing team dynamics to offer insights.
  • Seamless On-boarding & Off-boarding: Coordinating exceptional on-boarding experiences, managing documentation, inductions, and system access. You'll also support off-boarding processes, ensuring clarity, compliance, and a positive final departure.
  • HR Administration & Systems: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, supporting the administration of HR systems (HRIS) for data accuracy, assisting with employment documentation, and generally supporting HR operational tasks.
  • Office & Events Support: Assisting with day-to-day office coordination, including managing suppliers and logistics, and supporting the planning and execution of internal events and team activities that bring our people together.

 

About You

You are a positive, proactive, and committed individual with a genuine passion for employee wellbeing and experience. You bring:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • An innate ability to understand team dynamics and respond thoughtfully to situations.
  • Comfort and proficiency in handling HR systems (HRIS) and administrative processes.
  • A creative mind-set, always willing to think outside the box and suggest improvements rather than just following established processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling environment is highly valued.
  • Experience supporting work permits and employment documentation is a strong advantage.
