This candidate has recently been made redundant and is seeking a new role. He lives in Cambridge and has indefinite leave to remain in the UK granted under the EU Settlement Scheme, so no sponsorship is required.
In his last role he was the line manager of 7 which included 6 developers and 1 Architect. He was responsible for doing the planning, managing the performance of the team and he also crossed over to cover the scrum master, product owner and scrum master. He was responsible speaking to stakeholders, and he was a part of the workstream group which included 6 people who looked at under performers, performance analysis and listened to the needs of the employees. He was last working on a project framework/structure to make developers make their own tests and share with stakeholders.
He did a lot of AI/MI in python and has knowledge of react in the past and is more than happy to learn as he likes learning new techs in his own time.
He is available immediately to interview and can start in 2 weeks’ time.
