He started as an individual contributor, utilizing his command over C++ for software development and seamlessly transitioned to leadership roles, managing to keep a hands-on approach throughout his career. His leadership skills have been demonstrated in various roles, notably as the Lead Software Engineer for Game Modes, where he accelerated the onboarding of a new remote studio and transitioned key features 18 months ahead of schedule.
