This candidate comes across really well, based in Berlin she is currently working as a SDE II and working on building cloud native tools. Her motivation to move comes from wanting to be in a start up environment, where she is product focused. Golang is her main programming language which she has used in all of her previous roles and is keen to get back too. She has strong experience with gRPC and GCP and is the type of engineer who is open to working with new technologies where and when applicable. She brings strong experience in being able to lead and has also run talks on how to promote best practices and work effectively with Golang.
