With over 17+ years of transformational delivery and strategy execution on large-scale complex projects Tej is seeking his next challenging contract role.
In his most recent management, he was the interim Program Manager for a finance transformation initiative on behalf of the group CFO delivering a $20m dollar multiyear program managing across functional global team of 70.This was a pivotal leadership role binding together the business, technology vendors and internal teams from business casing through to completion of post go live support. The mandate was to move the legacy core accounting and reporting systems to a modern SaaS based platform, whilst delivering a new operating model and global process framework.
Previous to this roles include Project Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and Management Consultant.
Beyond his client project work, he performed activities to support and further develop the practice including leading bid proposal teams for future client work, coaching, and developing Analysts and junior Consultants within the practice.
Over the past 17years’ he has excelled as a management consulting and transformational delivery leader. Extensive experience leading organizations through complex, ambiguous and political change environments through the successful execution of strategic, enterprise-wide business and IT transformation programmes across multiple industry verticals including Pension funds, Financial Services, Telecoms and Retail industries.
