The Job

As a Technical Functional SAP S/4 HANA Consultant specializing in Order to Cash (O2C), you will play a crucial role in a Finance transformation project. Your mission is to ensure the seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4 HANA solution by providing expert consultancy. You will collaborate with IT teams to facilitate the implementation and deployment phases, taking ownership of the solution and managing its integration alongside internal teams and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in business workshops to design and integrate the future Core Design within the S/4Hana Finance solution.
• Configure Order to Cash settings based on business workshop outcomes.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
• Draft detailed specification files (in English).
• Provide MVP startup support.
• Identify and plan post-MVP releases in collaboration with IT teams to minimize operational impact.
• Participate in Master Data and Data Cleansing strategies.
• Contribute to the integration, testing, and migration strategy.
• Offer innovative digital solutions, aligning with best practices and market standards.
• Advise on product backlog improvements and prioritization.
• Ensure product backlog transparency and clarity.
• Detail selected features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Understand and prioritize technical and defect-related stories.
• Clarify user stories for the development team during sprints.
• Actively participate in Agile events.

It is a large organisation and their is scope that this will be a very long contract.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale transformation projects.
• Proven success in implementing or deploying ERP S/4HANA, specifically within the "Order to Cash" domain.
• Solid knowledge of SAP PO and BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong business analyst skills, capable of modeling business flows in the new IS system.
• Hands-on experience with S4HANA configuration.
