Product Business Analyst
The Job
As a Product Business Analyst you’ll work at the heart of a cross-functional squad, alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery Leads to work on a brand new project to rebuild a commercial enablement platform. You are a Product Business Analyst who can bring clarity, structure, and impact to fast-moving digital product teams and the person who ensures that what is being built is exactly what’s needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Breaking down complex business problems into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitating discovery and refinement sessions to align stakeholders and surface key insights.
- Creating process maps, data flows, and documentation to support shared understanding.
- Supporting backlog management, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
- Validating requirements through data, stakeholder input, and business impact.
- Acting as a bridge between business and tech, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and hidden assumptions early.
- Collaborating with QA and dev teams to validate and accept deliverables.
- Continuously improving how we work across BA and Product practices.
About You
You’re a Product Business Analyst with proven experience working within a tech, SaaS, or digital product environment. You are a strategic thinker, have a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. You bring structure to chaos and thrive in ambiguity. You will be an exceptional communicator who is naturally curious, quick to ask the right questions, and focused on driving outcomes that matter. You’ll be comfortable conversing with senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level. You’ll have experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria with a proficiency in Jira, Miro, Notion or similar tools.
Any experience with the following is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience with commercial platforms or integration-heavy systems
- Worked on compliance or regulatory product requirements
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or system architecture diagrams

Rate:
£480 per day (outside IR35)
