Technical Programme Manager - Portfolio Manager (iGaming Technology) - relocate to UAE
The Job
You will be joining our dynamic Technology team as a highly organised and collaborative Portfolio Manager. Your mission will be to lead the strategic planning and seamless coordination of our iGaming product portfolio. Working closely with engineering, QA, and delivery teams, you'll be instrumental in managing roadmaps, overseeing crucial integrations, and ensuring the smooth roll-out of new features. This role is central to aligning technical execution with our business priorities, driving structured delivery processes, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across our entire platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Portfolio Oversight: Currating a comprehensive portfolio of iGaming products (casino, Sportsbook) to align with strategic vision.
- Roadmap Management: Owning the cross-brand and cross-market roadmap, balancing feature launches and platform improvements.
- Tech Team Collaboration: Acting as the central liaison between all technical and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of portfolio items.
- Delivery Process Oversight: Defining and refining workflows, sprint priorities, and backlog grooming.
- Programme and Project Leadership: Providing clear delivery plans, coordinating stakeholders, and managing milestones.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering with CRM, marketing, commercial, and operations for campaign coordination and go-to-market execution.
- Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with third-party game studios and platform providers.
- Governance & Documentation: Maintaining clear visibility on portfolio status, release schedules, and risks.
- Internal Communication: Providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on roadmap progress and potential blockers.
About you
You are an experienced professional with 4–7 years in portfolio, product, or delivery management, specifically within the iGaming or digital entertainment sector. You have a proven track record of closely coordinating with technology teams on backlog planning, technical scoping, testing cycles, and deployment tracking.
Your mindset is process-driven, with a strong familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar). You possess strong domain knowledge of casino and/or sportsbook operations, game lifecycle management, and platform ecosystems.
You excel in communication, with outstanding written and verbal skills, enabling you to drive alignment across both technical and non-technical teams effortlessly. Furthermore, you have solid technical acumen, comfortable engaging in discussions about integrations, APIs, platform architecture, and troubleshooting escalations.
