- Help you make informed choices - your agent will give you all the relevant information about the role you have applied for. You will decide together whether or not we should make the application.
- Maximise your search - we will ask you if there any particular companies you would like to work for and make approaches on your behalf.
- Never miss an opportunity - adding you to our database means you will automatically be considered for relevant roles according to your criteria.
- Prime you for interview - should you be asked to interview by our clients we will make sure you are 100% prepared. You will be fully briefed and offered training on competence based interviewing.
- Keep you informed - your agent will keep you up-to-date with all progress. Post interview we will give you honest and accurate feedback as soon as it's available.
- Follow up - After the interview we will be on-hand to for a full debrief.
