Product manager – remote – the next big fintech
Product manager is needed to own and develop the payments part of this innovative start up business. You will own the payment part of this business defining the requirements for roadmap, create the user stories and user journeys. You will communicate these to the engineers and tech leads would will build these to your definition of done. As the product manager you will do competitor analysis and be ambitious enough to suggest features for the roadmap that no one has ever done.
You must be someone who is strong on collaboration and comfortable working with all of the business, you will be able to effortlessly orchestrate multiple moving parts, get buy in from internal stakeholders, have and hold an opinion and have ambition to match theirs.
This is a growing start up who are at 140 people and looking to grow quickly as their product takes off. They already have 2000 customers with the solution that they have already this is going to double, triple and triple again very quickly. They are funded to be the next big unicorn from Europe and have built the most amazing culture in the few years that they have been running.

The payments product is what the entire business runs through, the products you build will affect millions of people from day one, in time they will touch billions of people. There are not many product management jobs where you will have this level on influence and be given this much ownership.
They are a remote first business and whilst you can go into an office if you are in a big meeting (in the board room for instance) you will still log into the meeting via teams etc, the idea is that every one is on a level playing field.
There is a career ladder in this job that leads to a principle product manager and then manager.
