Enterprise Customer Service Architect – West London
Working as an Enterprise Customer Service Architect for a leading retailer in their space on a brand new, large-scale IT transformation programme. Your role will be to shape, own and manage the entire enterprise customer service architecture with responsibility for the contact centres and insurance aspects (device insurance, sales / post-sales customer service, repairs).

You will be an experienced Enterprise Architect with an insurance or retail background who has worked within a customer service transformation piece of work. You will have ideally had experience with customer service architecture (contact centre architecture such as Avaya or insurance platforms would be useful) and the processes that go hand in hand with them (policy claims, policy renewals etc). You must have proven experience developing a credible target architecture for the Customer Service area in support of the overall IT and Business strategy.
Any experience architecting SaaS, White Label, Multi- Tenant systems will be advantageous. Experience with SAP Insurance modules would also set you apart from the competition.
You will possess a broad understanding of Technology including Data, Security, SOA, Security, Microservices and be used to working with a range of stakeholders and 3rd parties. It is essential you are motivated to take on such a challenging role and your communication skills must be superb in order to influence at all levels. Any experience with TOGAF is also desirable.
