Lead Business analyst

The Job
Working as the lead business analyst / product owner, managing a team of six business analysts in a very agile environment. Your team is responsible for understanding future enhancement, gathering requirements from stakeholders / users, creating user stories and then working with the development teams turn these into reality. Your role will see you lad this team in terms of day to day management as well as acting as the principle Business analyst on various projects.

The environment here is very agile, so much so that the entire business works to a 12 week roadmap. This means as the lead business analyst you need to keep your team working at pace and be comfortable with priorities that can shift.

It is worth mentioning that this role could be called a product owner role and is certainly closely aligned to a product owner role.

The work is all e-commerce in nature and will cover most aspects of the online world; Mobile, games, CRM, marketing, Payments, customer service, etc

Based in Stratford (east London) that have beautiful, well appointed offices that are a short walk from the Westfield shopping centre. With plenty of places to eat and drink they have a good social life and hope that you can join in with that.

The money
Total cash package circa £78,000 which is mead up from a basic salary of £65,000 you will get a very good bonus on top. This is up to 30%, but realistically about 20% will be paid out. You will also get a good pension, healthcare and all the normal bens

The process
You will do a short video interview with me, then two face to face meetings with the client. The client is great, they will be very quick.
