The job


A Work force planner / resource planner is required to keep on top of resource planning for a team of 125 QA’s made up of Permanent, day rate contractors and 3rd party providers.  Your job will be to understand the business requirements for these skillsets and look at utilization,  capacity and what headroom exists in the team.   


Your job will be liaise with delivery teams, recruitment teams and suppliers to ensure obligations are met, bottle necks unblocked and that any gaps are plugged. 


To do this you will review the delivery teams Epics and look for solutions to gaps in the team by either redeploying people.   If this isn’t possible or by looking at the best most effective way of filling a position, this might be by using a 3rd party supplier, hiring a permanent resource or hiring a contractor.  You will be large part of the sign off process.


The Work force planner / resource planner that takes this job needs to be a great communicator and someone with strong Excel skills.  You will need to have the ability to extract the data from these excel sheets and analyse it.


About you


If you have worked in WPF or resource management with a large team that would be amazing, if not there is strong cross over with project co-ordinator or project analyst jobs. 

You must be a great communicator and be happy to work in a dynamic team.

The Money


I am not allowed to tell you what the salary is, but I can tell you it is good, on top of the basic you will get amazing benefits inc a 20% bonus and a 14% Pension




The company are currently working from home, when this changes you will have to come to London or Bournemouth a couple of times per week.
