UX Designer – Permanent

The job

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join a growing team for a well-loved charity organisation. You will play a key role to support an ongoing digital transformation and ongoing optimisation of their digital product portfolio.  You will be responsible for embedding user-centered research and design processes across a multitude of digital project and programmes.

You will have the autonomy to run your own projects, conduct research, wireframing, sketching and prototyping experiences  and lead workshops with cross functional teams  to define the UX of customer journeys based upon product and user requirements. This role will see you working closely with stakeholders such as Product Owners to ensure they shape their products with the end-user in mind.


About you

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working as a UX Designer (User Experience Designer) and have proven experience conducting user research by yourself and designing elegant user experiences for digital products for customer facing websites (B2C). Therefore you must be confident enough to set up user research and analyse the data yourself. In addition you will be familiar with user research tool such as Hotjar and Optimal Workshop to name a couple.

The ideal candidate will be a UX Designer who has used Axure and Sketch for wireframing and prototyping.

You must be an excellent communicator, a team player who is collaborative in your approach and can engage well with stakeholders and the wider Digital team.

A degree in User Experience is highly desirable.

Home / Central London (they are all still home at the moment due to the ongoing pandemic – hybrid model thereafter)

The salary

 £46,000 – £51,000 + bens including generous pension, private medical insurance, Life Insurance, 25 days holiday plus much more!
