The Job

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be the central pillar in a growing engineering team building a next-generation decentralized Identity and Access Management Systems. With the recent launch new products and others in BETA stage, you will have full ownership across the product SDLC with a particular focus on moulding and signing off the system architecture design.

Working in a true polyglot environment (TypeScript, Rust and/or Golang) powered and hosted on AWS, you will be seen as a Subject Matter Expert within the IAM engineering and able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders (both technical and non-technical).

You will not be tasked with any line management in the role, focusing your inputs on technical leadership and as an individual contributor.

The role provides a truly unique opportunity to work on one the most technical and disruptive products within the Authentication & Identity space.

About You

To be the right fit for the Senior Staff Engineer role, you will need to possess a proven track record delivering cloud-native identity management systems with OAuth & OIDC that handle high amounts of users. Highly experienced in JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS and/or Rust Golang, you will need to be able to fully operate across the SDLC with the ability to prototype and architect.

Holding AWS or Authentication Certifications are highly desired but not a requirement.

The Numbers & Benefits

Base salary of €120k - €140k EUR (experience dependant) plus 10-15% annual bonus, Company Shares, Unlimited Holiday, Generous Annual Personal Training Budget, Flexi Hours and much more

The role permits hybrid or remote working.

Candidates are welcome to apply who reside currently in Berlin, Germany, or Europe (within 1hr of CET time zone). If outside of Germany, the role is offered on a B2B Agreement.

The Process

4 to 5 Video-based meetings involving HR, Engineering Team, and Product. Final Interview with CTO.
