The Job

Working as a scrum master you will aid the smooth delivery of a huge e-Store for a leading business with a global delivery team managing all elements of agile delivery .

The Scrum Master will be actively involved in technical matters understanding the gaps and issues, whilst ensuring the delivery lead and business is full briefed.

You will guide / coach the Scrum Team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality delivery, whilst instilling a culture of self-organization and high performance.

 Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.

You will facilitate all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.  Arranging daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.

You must be happy to work with other Scrum masters to resolve issues and ensure flow of products

About you

You will be a skilled scrum master and have some good experience in e-commerce, a natural problem solver you will be happy working in a large enterprise environment.

The money

Up to 24,000 PLN

Location

Warsaw 2 days per week
