Product Manager

The Job

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product Lead for Content to define and prioritise features and enhancements for the content production and management systems. You'll oversee the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role involves optimising workflows to enhance efficiency and quality, using value stream modelling and process improvement principles. You'll also identify automation opportunities, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide future developments, while effectively communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

About You

As an experienced Product Manager, you bring a deep knowledge of workflow/process optimisation and value stream modelling. With proven experience in product management, especially within content production or digital media industries, you excel in process improvement methodologies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to leverage data for decision-making, while your excellent project management skills allow you to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills make you effective in collaborating with diverse teams. Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Confluence) is essential.

Salary & Process

You can expect a starting salary of around £80,000 per year, a 10% pension bonus + benefits. The process has 3 stages and can be conducted remotely.
