Product Manager - Content / BPR
The Job
The Product manager will define, build and enhance a complex content system that has grown organically for the last 10 plus years, to the point were the client has five or six processes and systems that al essentially do the same thing, but in vastly different and in cases more complex ways.
As the core business here is data and information, that is collated, packaged and sold. It is important that they have a unified approach to this data and information, how it is collated and repackaged.
This is where you come in as a product manager, you will understand the current processes and work out what the to be state will be. You will look for
efficiencies
and ways that the “to be” can offer an enhancement to the current flow.
As a product manager you will need to have solid process improvement skills (six sigma would be great) and you will have created value stream maps in the past.
You will create the product roadmap and have an agile mind set, understanding which features need to be delivered first.
You will work with technical teams, project managers, Business analysts and product owner have at this business is tasked with building a new content management system to drive this billion-dollar business forward.
About you
You will be an experience Product manager with agile mindset. You must have experience of business improvement, re-engineering and or Value Stream Mapping. If you have used of lean or six sigma would be fantastic.
Any experience of working with content and building a product roadmap would be amazing.

This is a scale up business with offices across UK, EU, US, middle east, China and India. They employ 1000 people and are looking to grow their technical teams significantly during 2024.
They work in the multi-billion- dollar data and insight industry, supplying the financial services industry.
The money
£80,000 plus 10% bonus + 30 days + bens
The location
Hybrid 1-2 days a week in London
