The Job
Working as experience design your job will be to work with Girlguiding UK to understand the current digital environment and create a brand-new digital experience for this amazing organisation, that supports around 300,000 girls in the UK. Your roll will be to understand the as-is digital estate and to create the to-be digital experience. You will manage a small team (UX, insight analyst) and lead various 3rd party suppliers delivering a range of solutions. Once you have created the use cases / user journeys you will work with the delivery teams to turn these designs into a working solution.

About you
You will be natural leader who wants to work for an organisation that does good in the world. You will have some great business analysis skills and you will have built / designed services in the past.
You will be happy to speak up for the all the members, stakeholders and staff and have a passion for user centric solutions.
