E-Commerce L1 Platform Support Engineer – Research / Technology Corporation - Home working/ Warsaw office
The Job
This is a busy E-Commerce Platform Support Engineer role requiring strong skills in providing technical customer support and customer interaction experience within an ecommerce platform (ideally Hybris SAP) for a research /technology organisation who are building an entire new e-commerce platform support team. This is a full-time role on a B2B basis.
You will;
- Resolve technical queries for e-commerce customers through jira, phone, chat and email communications whilst managing expectations accordingly .
- Troubleshoot production support issues and resolve within a timely manner.
- Own customer technical issues from initial report through to resolution and maintain e-commerce / web platforms.
- Author knowledge base articles outlining common issue resolution.
- Meet SLAs response / resolution times.
- Analyse user experience problems and help build solutions that meet business goals.
About you
- You will have strong experience working within an e-commerce technical support capacity (ticketing system, voice and email) with strong customer interaction and e-commerce platform (preferably Hybris /SAP).
- You will have strong debugging skills in addition to configuration and programming skills (HTML / Java /SQL etc).
- You will be a confident communicator (spoken / written) in English who has strong attention to detail and can easily build rapport with customers.
- Fast learner who can clearly articulate software-related and technical concepts.
- English language proficiency (spoken / written).
- Comfortable attending the Warsaw office 2 days per week.
