Business analyst – client facing – healthcare
The Job
As a business analyst you job will be to work with the clients across the healthcare sector to understand current processes and process flows, carefully mapping the use case’s and translating them into system user stories. These will then be taken by the engineering team to deliver against.
As a client facing business analyst in this organisation it is important that you can go beyond the remit of a business analyst you might get involved with some business process re-engineering, project management, client management, UAT co-ordination.
With in this job you will work with clinicians, IT professionals, back office teams in the healthcare space, understanding how technology can save time, money and drive value into the sector. You will then work with product managers / delivery managers to build and deliver these solutions.
You should be a skilled business analyst with experience of taking requirements from diverse teams, you will be a great listener and up for the challenge of working in a business that is growing and extremely busy.
You must be flexible in terms of what you do and passionate about improving the healthcare sector.
The company
This is a business of around 25 people and a clear roadmap to develop and grow the team. Over the next 5 years they will expand by at least 25% per year, though given current interest and their sales pipeline they feel that this number could shift significantly.
The organisation is a fun business to work in and is full of committed people who generally go above and beyond when it comes to delivery.

Location
100% remote job with travel to client sites in Southern England and the South West (this is not a weekly commitment – just as and when you have client meetings (around once a month).
Money
£45-60,000 plus bens
