Working as an Agile Delivery Manager, your role will be to lead two Squads / Scrum Teams consisting of front end and back end Java developers in order to deliver new and technical enhancements for a vast range of web projects within a product portfolio.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will therefore be responsible for running Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, sprint reviews and demos keeping the team motivated and driving delivery of the projects in line with Agile best practices.
You will report into the Agile Delivery Lead , and collaborate with a range of senior stakeholders and teams (DevOps, Marketing, Data Analytics etc).
This is a hugely important role and an expanding department within the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, has a true passion for Agile Delivery and can drive continuous improvement.
The successful Agile Delivery Manager will be able to demonstrate solid experience managing two Scrum teams delivering platforms / products and ideally have a valid Scrum Master certification (Scrum or Kanban).
It is essential you have excellent communication skills and are good at collaborating with a range of stakeholders from various cross functional teams.
