Working with the team
At Initi8 you'll experience the buzz of working in a target driven role geared toward achieving healthy financial rewards. Responsibilities include working with candidates and clients alike to help realise their recruitment needs. You will place niche candidates by head-hunt and use our cutting edge database, the internet and other media to deliver effective resourcing.
Managing and nurturing the client relationships you've developed is a key part of the job. You'll be out and about networking to attract new candidates, attending Europe wide meetings and delivering presentations to candidates and clients.
