INMVESTMENT BANKING - ANALYST ASSOCIATE – FORTUNE 500 CLIENT BASED IN LONDON! ANALYST NEEDED for entrepreneurial environment where responsibility is actively delegated to junior team members by experienced bankers with no officer hierarchy. Requirements include experience in investment banking, high GPA, high SAT and/or ACT score or GMAT scores and exceptionally strong references. Skills required include strong analytics and modelling skills - Bloomberg OR similar package - independent thinker, comfortable taking initiative as well as excellent writing abilities. Upsides beyond enormous responsibility for a young, talented person include shared economics in all deal success and participation in equity as well as the opportunity to interact directly with cutting edge entrepreneurs. Applicants should be able to work directly with senior bankers and can expect to have significant client interaction, primary responsibility for financial modeling and analysis, industry and company research, development of client presentations, and drafting of memoranda and offering documents for internal and external use. Applicants will work on a wide range of transactions including private financings and M&A transactions. Key Experience and Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or other relevant fields • Experience and strengths in valuation, financial modeling and analysis, business plan and company presentation creation and market and industry research. • Exceptional computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) • Superior responsibility, attention to detail, commitment, initiative, maturity and creativity in dealing with assignments • Desire to be involved in a fast-paced, high performance work environment and a willingness to work long hours
