2011 have been a busy year by anyone's standards, 3 record breaking months in a row show us either that we have the best recruitment team we have ever had at initi8 or that the market is booming in the South East (we like to think both.. ed) .
In particular the Java market has sprung into life with real vigour - we have found the number of vacancies have expanded 3 fold with just our PSL clients. There is a huge amount of need for contract and perm resources in financial, mobile, trading, insurance, retail and web backgrounds.
